Common use of INFLAMMABLE MATERIALS Clause in Contracts

INFLAMMABLE MATERIALS. USER shall not, without the prior written permission of COUNTY, use open flames, or use or store oils, burning fluids, camphene, kerosene, naphtha or gasoline or other gases for either mechanical or other purposes. USER shall file with COUNTY a written application for such use prior to USER obtaining COUNTY'S written permission therefor.
