Infiltration Rate Check. The infiltration rate of the BRC/PLD needs to be checked in order to ensure proper functioning of the BRC/PLD. Generally, a BRC/PLD should drain completely within 12-hours of a storm event. If drain times exceed the 12-hour drain time then maintenance of the filter media shall be required.
