Infield Maintenance. Leagues shall maintain all baseball/softball infields, whether turf or skinned. Leagues shall not drag the infields with a vehicle within six feet of the turf edge. Those who do drag the infield are responsible for the payment of any and all repairs to the turf caused thereto.
