Common use of Infestation Clause in Contracts

Infestation. During the Tenancy, to take such reasonable precautions expected of a ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ to keep the Premises free of infestation by ▇▇▇▇▇▇, rodents, fleas or ants.
