Inferior Work Sample Clauses

Inferior Work. If: (a) the Contractor delivers to the Site for use in the Works any Goods; or (b) the Company discovers any workmanship or Goods of an inferior quality or different from that prescribed by the Contract; the Contractor must remedy that workmanship or remove the Goods within such time as the Company may specify. If the Contractor fails to do so, the Company may remedy the workmanship or remove the Goods at the Contractor’s expense.
