Infant Formulas Clause Samples

The 'Infant Formulas' clause defines the standards, requirements, or obligations related to the provision, use, or regulation of infant formula products within an agreement. It typically outlines specifications such as nutritional content, safety standards, labeling requirements, or sourcing criteria that must be met by suppliers or manufacturers. For example, it may require that all infant formulas supplied comply with relevant health regulations and are free from certain allergens. The core function of this clause is to ensure that infant formulas provided under the contract are safe, compliant, and suitable for infant consumption, thereby protecting the health of infants and minimizing legal or regulatory risks for the parties involved.
