Common use of Ineligible Clause in Contracts

Ineligible. A resident is deemed ineligible for housing by the University as a result of any of the conditions outlined in this Section or Section VIII.3. of this License Agreement. If deemed ineligible, the resident must move out of their assigned space, follow the appropriate check- out procedure when moving out, and complete any applicable License Agreement Cancellation or Release.
