Intellectual and Industrial Property Rights (a) Except to the extent expressly provided herein, each party shall continue to own its intellectual and industrial property rights without conferring any interests therein on the other party and neither the Supplier nor any third party shall acquire any right, title or interest in any intellectual or industrial property rights of any company within the ASSA ABLOY Group.
Ownership and Intellectual Property Rights 1. This Agreement gives you limited rights to use the Software. Syncro retains any and all rights, title and interest in and to the Software and all copies thereof, including copyrights, patents, trade secret rights, trademarks and other intellectual property rights. All rights not specifically granted in this Agreement, including International Copyrights, are reserved by Syncro. The structure, organization and code of the Software are valuable trade secrets and confidential information of Syncro.
Patents and Intellectual Property Rights Recipients are subject to the Xxxx-Xxxx Xxx, 00 U.S.C. § 200 et seq, unless otherwise provided by law. Recipients are subject to the specific requirements governing the development, reporting, and disposition of rights to inventions and patents resulting from federal financial assistance awards located at 37 C.F.R. Intellectual Properties (a) All ownership, copyright, patent, trade secrecy and other rights in all works, designs, inventions, ideas, manuals, improvements, discoveries, processes, customer lists or other properties (the "Intellectual Properties") made or conceived by Executive during the term of his/her employment by the Company shall be the rights and property solely of the Company, whether developed independently by Executive or jointly with others, and whether or not developed or conceived during regular working hours or at the Company's facilities, and whether or not the Company uses, registers, or markets the same.
Industrial or Intellectual Property Rights 9. (a) The Borrower shall ensure that all Goods and Works procured (including without limitation all computer hardware, software and systems, whether separately procured or incorporated within other goods and services procured) do not violate or infringe any industrial property or intellectual property right or claim of any third party.
COPY RIGHT AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY 8.1. All information (inclusive of data, text, image) displayed in xxxx.xxxxxxxx.xxx.xx shall not be used or published in other channels without the express written permission of PAH. PAH has the right to use any available legal remedies which may include the demand for factual or statutory damages, solicitor's fees and injunctive relief for any violation of PAH's intellectual property rights.
Specially Created Intellectual Property Rights 27.1. All Intellectual Property Rights in Deliverables and and any reports, guidance, specification, instructions, toolkits, plans, data, drawings, databases, patents, patterns, models, designs or other material prepared by or for the Contractor on behalf of the Authority for use, or intended use, in relation to the performance by the Contractor of its obligations under the Framework Agreement belong to the Authority.

ACKNOWLEDGEMENT AND PROTECTION OF INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS 9.1 The Institution acknowledges that all copyrights, patent rights, trade marks, database rights, trade secrets and other intellectual property rights relating to the Licensed Material are the sole and exclusive property of Publisher or are duly licensed to the Publisher and that this Licence does not assign or transfer to the Institution any right, title or interest therein except for the right to use the Licensed Material in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Licence.
