Common use of INDUSTRIAL POLICY Clause in Contracts

INDUSTRIAL POLICY. Austria is entitled to participate in ESO Invitations to Tender after signature of this Agreement, applying the rules defined by Articles 2 to 5 of the ESO General Conditions Governing Invitations to Tender and Tenders. The contracts and agreements as a result of the tendering procedure will only be granted to Austria upon its accession to ESO in accordance with Article 9.1 to this Agreement, except where otherwise decided by ESO.
