Common use of Indulgences Clause in Contracts

Indulgences. No indulgence or relaxation which either party may allow to the other in regard to the carrying out of the other’s obligation in terms of or pursuant to this agreement shall prejudice such party’s rights under this agreement in any manner whatsoever, or be regarded as a waiver of such party’s rights in terms of this agreement, or be constructed to act as an estoppel against that party or otherwise strictly enforce compliance of the other obligations in terms of this agreement.
