Common use of INDULGENCE Clause in Contracts

INDULGENCE. No delay or failure of Agent and the Banks in exercising any right, power or privilege hereunder shall affect such right, power or privilege nor shall any single or partial exercise thereof preclude any other or further exercise thereof, or the exercise of any other right, power or privilege. The rights of Agent and the Banks hereunder are cumulative and are not exclusive of any rights or remedies which Agent and the Banks would otherwise have.
