Indo Sample Clauses
Indo. Pacific shall bear all stamp duty and registration fees payable under the Act on this Agreement and each of the documents which this Agreement requires any of the Parties to execute.
Indo. Pacific shall indemnify Boral energy and keep Boral energy indemnified against all liability, cost, loss and damage which Boral energy suffers or incurs as a result of any breach f a representation and warranty contained in clause 8.1 provided however that Indo-pacific shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages.
