Buyer has no right to purchase, and Seller has no obligation to sell, less than all of the Property, it being the express agreement and understanding of Buyer and Seller that, as a material inducement to Seller and Buyer to enter into this Agreement, Buyer has agreed to purchase, and Seller has agreed to sell, all of the Property, subject to and in accordance with the terms and conditions hereof.
