Individual Time Clause Samples

The 'Individual Time' clause defines the allocation and management of time that an individual is permitted or required to spend on specific tasks or activities under an agreement. Typically, this clause outlines how much time an individual must dedicate, whether the time is flexible or fixed, and may specify reporting or approval requirements for time spent. By clearly delineating expectations regarding individual time commitments, this clause helps prevent misunderstandings and ensures that both parties are aligned on workload and availability.
