Individual Responsibilities. Each of Sharp and HRH hereby unconditionally guarantees the full and punctual performance by Triples and HRHCO, respectively, of all obligations of such entity under this Agreement. Each of Sharp and HRH further agrees to carry out and be bound by this Agreement to the full extent that he has the capacity to do so.
