INDIVIDUAL EVALUATION Clause Samples
The INDIVIDUAL EVALUATION clause establishes that each party, item, or case will be assessed on its own merits rather than as part of a group or collective. In practice, this means that decisions, such as eligibility, performance, or compliance, are determined separately for each individual or entity involved, rather than applying a blanket standard or outcome. This approach ensures fairness and accuracy by recognizing unique circumstances and prevents the risks of overgeneralization or collective liability.
INDIVIDUAL EVALUATION. Individual evaluation shall be conducted as follows: All employees being evaluated shall receive a written copy of the evaluation in addition to being allowed to object, in writing, on the evaluation form.
INDIVIDUAL EVALUATION. The LEA serving the student shall conduct individual evaluations of students. These provisions include: initial evaluation, evaluation procedures, determination of needed evaluation data, determination of eligibility, procedures for determining eligibility and placement, reevaluation, additional team members, criteria for determining the existence of a specific learning disability, observation and written report.
