Indirect Subscriber Clause Samples

The Indirect Subscriber clause defines the rights and limitations regarding individuals or entities who access a service or product through an intermediary, rather than directly contracting with the provider. Typically, this clause clarifies whether such indirect users are permitted, under what conditions they may use the service, and what responsibilities the primary subscriber holds for their actions. By establishing these parameters, the clause helps prevent unauthorized use and ensures that all parties understand their obligations and liabilities, thereby reducing the risk of misuse or contractual ambiguity.
