Indicative Tasks. The indicative tasks for an employee at this Grade are all of the tasks of a New Entrant, Grade 1 or Grade 2 employee except that an employee at this level will be responsible for the more complex personal care needs of clients having regard to whether the client suffers from severely limited/uncontrollable body movements or serious comfort/health considerations.
