Indicative Pricing Sample Clauses
The Indicative Pricing clause defines the provision of preliminary price estimates for goods or services before a final agreement is reached. Typically, this clause clarifies that the prices provided are not binding and may be subject to change based on further negotiations, due diligence, or market fluctuations. Its core function is to give parties a reference point for discussions while making clear that these figures are not final, thereby managing expectations and reducing the risk of misunderstandings regarding pricing commitments.
