Purchaser Any and all other title policies, upgrades, endorsements or other title information requested by Purchaser’s lender(s). Seller Costs of a New Survey pursuant to Section 5.2(b) (including any revisions, modifications or recertifications thereto or to the Existing Survey). Purchaser Recording charges and fees.
