Common use of Independent Investigation by Banks Clause in Contracts

Independent Investigation by Banks. Each Bank has made and shall ---------------------------------- continue to make its own independent investigation of the financial condition and affairs of Borrower in connection with the making and the continuance of the Loans and has made and covenants that it shall continue to make its own appraisal of the creditworthiness of Borrower. Each Bank agrees Administrative Agent has no duty or responsibility, either initially or on a continuing basis, to provide any Bank with any credit or other information with respect to Borrower, whether coming into its possession before the making of the Loans or at any time or times thereafter except as expressly provided in this Agreement.
