Common use of Independent Entities Clause in Contracts

Independent Entities. Each Party acknowledges that it is entering into this Agreement solely on its own behalf, and will perform any and all of its obligations or work under this Agreement as an independent entity. Nothing under this Agreement shall create any other relationship between the Parties including without limitation one of principal and agent, employer and employee, or partnership.
