Common use of Independence of Provisions Clause in Contracts

Independence of Provisions. All agreements and covenants hereunder, under the Loan Documents and the other documents, instruments, and agreements entered into in connection herewith shall be given independent effect such that if a particular action or condition is prohibited by the terms of any such agreement or covenant, the fact that such action or condition would be permitted within the limitations of another agreement or covenant shall not be construed as allowing such action to be taken or condition to exist.
