Common use of Independence and Objectivity Certification Clause in Contracts

Independence and Objectivity Certification. The IRO shall include in its report(s) to Good Shepherd a certification that the IRO has (a) evaluated its professional independence and objectivity with respect to the reviews conducted under this Section III.D and (b) concluded that it is, in fact, independent and objective, in accordance with the requirements specified in Appendix A to this CIA.

Independence and Objectivity Certification. The IRO shall include in its report(s) to Good Shepherd CHSI a certification that the IRO has (a) evaluated its professional independence and objectivity with respect to the reviews conducted under this Section III.D III.E and (b) concluded that it is, in fact, independent and objective, in accordance with the requirements specified in Appendix A to this CIA.

The IRO shall include in its report(s) to Good Shepherd Indivior a certification that the IRO has has: (a) evaluated its professional independence and objectivity with respect to the reviews conducted required under this Section III.D III.E; and (b) concluded that it is, in fact, independent and objective, objective in accordance with the requirements specified in Appendix A to this CIA. The IRO’s certification shall include a summary of current and prior engagements between Indivior and IRO.

The IRO shall include in its report(s) to Good Shepherd the Friendship Entities a certification that the IRO has (a) evaluated its professional independence and objectivity with respect to the reviews conducted required under this Section III.D and (b) concluded that it is, in fact, independent and objective, in accordance with the requirements specified in Appendix A to this CIA.
