Common use of Independence and Objectivity Certification Clause in Contracts

Independence and Objectivity Certification. The IRO shall include in its report(s) to Extendicare a certification that the IRO has (a) evaluated its professional independence and objectivity with respect to the reviews conducted under this Section III.D and (b) concluded that it is, in fact, independent and objective, in accordance with the requirements specified in Appendix A to this CIA.

Independence and Objectivity Certification. The IRO shall include in its report(s) to Extendicare Lincare a certification that the IRO has (a) evaluated its professional independence and objectivity with respect to the reviews conducted required under this Section III.D and (b) concluded that it is, in fact, independent and objective, in accordance with the requirements specified in Appendix A to this CIA.. The IRO’s certification shall include a summary of all current and prior engagements between Lincare and the IRO.‌

The IRO’s certification shall include a summary of all current and prior engagements between the U.S. Healthcare Parties and the IRO.

The IRO shall include in its report(s) to Extendicare HOTC a certification that the IRO has (a) evaluated its professional independence and objectivity with respect to the reviews conducted under this Section III.D and (b) concluded that it is, in fact, independent and objective, in accordance with the requirements specified in Appendix A to this CIA.

The IRO shall include in its report(s) to Extendicare 21st Century a certification that the IRO has (a) evaluated its professional independence and objectivity with respect to the reviews conducted required under this Section III.D and (b) concluded that it is, in fact, independent and objective, in accordance with the requirements specified in Appendix A to this CIA.

The IRO shall include in its report(s) to Extendicare Medicus a certification that the IRO has (a) evaluated its professional independence and objectivity with respect to the reviews conducted under this Section III.D and (b) concluded that it is, in fact, independent and objective, in accordance with the requirements specified in Appendix A to this CIA.

The IRO shall include in its report(s) to Extendicare HealthNet a certification that the IRO has (a) evaluated its professional professional‌ independence and objectivity with respect to the reviews conducted required under this Section III.D III.E and (b) concluded that it is, in fact, independent and objective, in accordance with the requirements specified in Appendix A to this CIA. The IRO shall include in its report(s) to Extendicare CVS Caremark a certification that the IRO has has: (a) evaluated its professional independence and objectivity with respect to the reviews conducted under this Section III.D III.D; and (b) concluded that it is, in fact, independent and objective, in accordance with the requirements specified in Appendix A to this CIA.

The IRO shall include in its report(s) to Extendicare Neurosurgical Associates a certification that the IRO has (a) evaluated its professional independence and objectivity with respect to the reviews conducted required under this Section III.D and (b) concluded that it is, in fact, independent and objective, in accordance with the requirements specified in Appendix A to this CIA.. The IRO’s certification shall include a summary of all current and prior engagements between Neurosurgical Associates and the IRO.‌

The IRO shall include in its report(s) to Extendicare Memorial Health a certification that the IRO has (a) evaluated its professional independence and objectivity with respect to the reviews conducted required under this Section III.D III.E and (b) concluded that it is, in fact, independent and objective, in accordance with the requirements specified in Appendix A to this CIA.
