The Indenture Trustee may make available to the Noteholders, via the Indenture Trustee’s website, all reports or notices required to be provided by the Indenture Trustee under the terms of this Indenture and, with the consent or at the direction of the Servicer, such other information regarding the Notes as the Indenture Trustee may have in its possession. Any information that is disseminated in accordance with the provisions of this Section 7.05 shall not be required to be disseminated in any other form or manner. Except for documents prepared by the Indenture Trustee and subject to its obligations under this Indenture, the Indenture Trustee will make no representation or warranties as to the accuracy or completeness of such documents and will assume no responsibility therefor.
