Common use of Indenture Trustee Protected Clause in Contracts

Indenture Trustee Protected. If, in the opinion of the institution acting as Indenture Trustee hereunder, any document required to be executed by it pursuant to the terms of Section 10.01 hereof adversely affects any right, duty, immunity or indemnity with respect to such institution under this Trust Indenture, such institution may in its discretion decline to execute such document.

Indenture Trustee Protected. If, in the opinion of the institution acting as the Indenture Trustee hereunder, any document required to be executed by it pursuant to the terms of Section 10.01 hereof adversely affects any right, duty, immunity or indemnity with respect to such institution under this Trust Indenture, such institution may in its discretion decline to execute such document.

If, If in the opinion of the institution acting as Indenture Trustee hereunder, any document required to be executed by it pursuant to the terms of Section 10.01 hereof adversely affects any right, duty, immunity or indemnity with respect to such institution in favor of the Indenture Trustee under this Trust Indenture, such institution the Participation Agreement or the Lease, the Indenture Trustee may in its discretion decline to execute such document.
