Indenture to Govern. If there is any inconsistency between the terms of this Agreement and the terms of the Indenture, the terms of the Indenture will prevail to the extent of the inconsistency.
Indenture to Govern. If there is any conflict between the provisions of this Security Agreement and the provisions of the Indenture, the provisions of the Indenture shall govern and apply to the extent of the inconsistency. Notwithstanding the foregoing, this Section 7.19 shall not apply to limit, restrict, prejudice or otherwise affect or impair in any way the rights of the Holder Parties under this Security Agreement after the Security has become enforceable.
