Indenture Shall Control. Notwithstanding anything else herein contained, the provisions of the Indenture shall control in all respects the receipt, handling, and application of any and all insurance proceeds, it being acknowledged and agreed that the Trustee or such other Primary Leasehold Mortgagee, as their respective interests may appear, shall have a first and prior security interest therein.
