Common use of Indemnity Obligations Secured by Collateral; Survival Clause in Contracts

Indemnity Obligations Secured by Collateral; Survival. Any amounts paid by any Indemnitee as to which such Indemnitee has the right to reimbursement shall constitute Secured Obligations secured by the Collateral. The indemnity obligations of the Debtor contained in this Article VIII shall continue in full force and effect notwithstanding the full payment and performance of the Secured Obligations and the termination of this Agreement.

The indemnity obligations of the Debtor each Assignor contained in this Article VIII shall continue in full force and effect notwithstanding the full payment and performance repayment of all of the Senior Secured Notes issued under the Indenture and the payment of all other Secured Debt Obligations and notwithstanding the termination of this Agreementdischarge thereof.

Any amounts incurred or paid by any Indemnitee as to which such Indemnitee has the right to reimbursement shall constitute Secured Obligations secured by the Collateral. The indemnity obligations of the Debtor Borrower contained in this Article VIII 6 shall continue in full force and effect notwithstanding the full payment and performance of the Secured all Obligations and notwithstanding the termination of this Agreementdischarge thereof.

Any amounts paid by any Indemnitee as to which such Indemnitee has the right to reimbursement shall constitute the Secured Obligations secured by the Collateral. The indemnity obligations of the Debtor Pledgor contained in this Article VIII VI shall continue in full force and effect notwithstanding the full payment of all of the other Secured Obligations and performance notwithstanding the full payment of all the Secured Obligations under each Facility Agreement and notwithstanding the termination discharge thereof and after the end of this Agreementthe Security Period.

Any Subject to Section 10.8 hereof, any amounts paid by any Indemnitee as to which such Indemnitee has the right to reimbursement shall constitute Secured Obligations secured by the Collateral. The indemnity obligations of the each Debtor contained in this Article VIII shall continue in full force and effect notwithstanding the full payment and performance of all the Secured Obligations and the termination of this Agreementall Secured Hedge Agreements and Letters of Credit, and notwithstanding the discharge thereof.

The indemnity obligations of the Debtor Assignor contained in this Article VIII V shall continue in full force and effect notwithstanding the full payment and performance of all of the Secured other Obligations and notwithstanding the termination full payment of this Agreementall the Notes issued under the Credit Agreement and the payment of all other Obligations and notwithstanding the discharge thereof.

Indemnity Obligations Secured by Collateral; Survival. Any amounts paid by any Indemnitee as to which such Indemnitee has the right to reimbursement shall constitute Secured Obligations secured by the Collateral. The indemnity obligations of the Debtor each Assignor contained in this Article VIII VII shall continue in full force and effect notwithstanding and survive the full payment termination of the Note Documents and performance the repayment of the Secured Obligations and the termination of this AgreementObligations.
