Indemnity from Trust Property. 27.27.1 In respect of all liabilities, costs, claims, charges or expenses for which the Obligors are liable under this Agreement, the Security Agent and every employee, officer, agent or other person appointed by it in connection with its appointment under the Transaction Security Documents (each an “Indemnified Party”) shall be entitled to be indemnified out of the Trust Property in respect of all liabilities, damages, costs, claims, charges or expenses whatsoever properly incurred or suffered by an Indemnified Party:
