Indemnity Checks Sample Clauses
Indemnity Checks. During any period the employee is off work on industrial accident leave, eligible temporary disability checks will be paid to the District. The District, in turn, shall issue the employee an appropriate salary warrant for the payment of not more than his or her full salary and shall deduct normal retirement and other authorized contributions and deductions from such warrants.
Indemnity Checks. While on paid industrial accident or illness leave, the employee shall endorse to the District the temporary disability indemnity checks received. The District, in turn, shall issue the employee appropriate salary warrants and deduct there from normal retirement and other authorized deductions.
