Indemnity by ACMS Sample Clauses

Indemnity by ACMS. ACMS agrees to indemnify and save harmless LG from any and all suits, actions, causes of action and claims of action of whatever character which may be brought or made against LG by ACMS' agents, servants, employees or any third party on account of injuries or damages sustained or alleged to have been sustained while ACMS, such agents, servants or employees were performing any act or thing required to be done under the provisions of this Agreement whether caused by the sole act, negligence or default of LG or otherwise.
