Indemnitee Return Clause Samples

Indemnitee Return. No Indemnitee shall have any obligation to make available, disclose or deliver to Lessee or (except to the extent expressly provided in Section 18.17) any other person (i) any return, report, declaration or other document or information relating solely to one or more Excluded Taxes or (ii) in the case of any return, report, declaration or other document or information that relates to one or more Excluded Taxes and to one or more Indemnified Taxes, the portion of such return, report, declaration or other document or information that relates to Excluded Taxes.
