Indemnification Re: Development Sample Clauses

Indemnification Re: Development. The Developer hereby indemnifies and saves harmless the City with respect to any claim, action, judgment, cost or expense incurred by or assessed against the City in respect of damages suffered by any third party arising out of any act or omission of the Developer with respect to the Subdivision and the Work contemplated by this Agreement.
