Indemnification of Other Persons. The Company may grant the right of indemnification and to receive payment from the Company to any of its employees or agents, current or past, for expenses incurred with respect to any procedure prior to the final judgment, in accordance with the clauses of this Article 10 addressing indemnification and estimate of expenses incurred by the directors and employees of the Company. 10.10
