Indemnification of EMRA by Company. The Company shall at all times indemnify and hold harmless EMRA and the State and their officers and agents from all claims and liabilities for death or injury to persons or damage to property from any cause whatsoever arising out of Exploration Operations to the extent that the same arises from its failure to comply with any Applicable Law to which it is subject or the terms of this License.
