Common use of Indemnification - General Clause in Contracts

Indemnification - General. The Company shall indemnify, and advance Expenses (as hereinafter defined) to, Indemnitee (a) as provided in this Agreement and (b) to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law in effect on the date hereof and as amended from time to time. The rights of Indemnitee provided under the preceding sentence shall include, but shall not be limited to, the rights set forth in the other Sections of this Agreement.

Indemnification - General. The Company Corporation shall indemnify, and advance Expenses (as hereinafter defined) to, Indemnitee (a) as provided in this Agreement and (b) to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law in effect on the date hereof and to such greater extent as amended applicable law may thereafter from time to timetime permit. The rights of Indemnitee provided under the preceding sentence shall include, but shall not be limited to, the rights set forth in the other Sections of this Agreement.

Indemnification - General. The rights of Indemnitee provided under the preceding sentence in this Section shall include, but shall not be limited to, the rights set forth in the other Sections of this Agreement.

Indemnification - General. Indemnification - General. This Agreement shall not apply to any claims brought against the Indemnitee based on matters which antedate the effective date of this Agreement.

Indemnification - General. The Company Corporation shall indemnify, and advance Expenses (as hereinafter defined) to), to Indemnitee (a) as provided in this Agreement and (b) to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law and the Certificate of Incorporation and resolutions of the Corporation in effect on the date hereof and to such greater extent as amended applicable law may thereafter from time to timetime permit. The rights of Indemnitee provided under the preceding sentence shall include, but shall not be limited to, the rights set forth in the other Sections of this Agreement.

Indemnification - General. The Company shall indemnify, indemnify and advance Expenses (as hereinafter defined) to, to Indemnitee (a) as provided in this Agreement and (b) to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law in effect on the date hereof and to such greater extent as amended applicable law may thereafter from time to timetime permit. Indemnification - General. The Company shall will indemnify, and advance Expenses (as hereinafter defined) to, Indemnitee (ai) as provided in this Agreement Agreement, and (bii) to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law in effect on the date hereof and as amended from time to timetime (but in the case of any such amendment, only to the extent that such amendment permits the Company to provide broader indemnification rights than were permitted prior to the amendment). The rights of Indemnitee provided under the preceding sentence shall include, but shall is not be limited to, the rights set forth in the other Sections of this Agreement.

The rights of Indemnitee provided under the preceding sentence shall include, but shall not be limited to, the rights set forth in the other Sections of this Agreement.

The Company shall indemnify, and advance Expenses (as hereinafter defined) to, Indemnitee (a) as specifically provided in this Agreement and the Company’s governing documents and (b) otherwise to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law in effect on the date hereof and as amended from time to time; provided, however, that no change in applicable law shall have the effect of reducing the benefits available to Indemnitee hereunder based on applicable law as in effect on the date hereof. The rights of Indemnitee provided under the preceding sentence in this Section shall include, but shall not be limited to, the all rights set forth in the other Sections of this Agreement.

Indemnification - General. The Company and LII, without duplication, shall indemnify, and advance Expenses (as hereinafter defined) to, Indemnitee (a) as provided in this Agreement and (b) (subject to the provisions of this Agreement) to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law in effect on the date hereof and as amended from time to time. The rights of Indemnitee provided under the preceding sentence shall include, but shall not be limited to, the rights set forth in the other Sections of this Agreement.

Indemnification - General. The Company shall indemnify, and advance Expenses (as hereinafter defined) to, the Indemnitee (a) as provided in this Agreement and (b) to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law in effect on the date hereof and to such greater extent as amended such law may thereafter from time to timetime permit. The rights of the Indemnitee provided under the preceding sentence shall include, but shall not be limited to, the rights set forth in the other Sections of this Agreement.
