Indemnification for Redistributables. In addition to the other requirements set forth in this Section 3, you hereby agree to indemnify, hold harmless, and defend the Licensor from and against any and all liabilities, damages, losses, costs and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from or related to any alleged or actual claim, action, proceeding or allegation that arises or results, either directly or indirectly, from the exercise of your rights relating to the Redistributables and the Derivative Work.
