Indemnification for Injury or Damage. 7.4.1 To the fullest extent not prohibited by law, Consultant shall indemnify, defend and hold harmless the Owner and the State of Ohio, their respective consultants, partners, officers, employees and anyone else acting for or on behalf of any of them (herein collectively called "Indemnities") from and against all liability, damages, loss, claims, demands, actions, costs and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees and court costs) of any nature whatsoever which arise out of or are claimed to arise out of the negligent performance of Consultant or any negligent act or omission of Consultant.
