Indemnification for Drafts. In the event that a court of competent jurisdiction determines, in any suit in which you are not a party adverse to us, that we are accountable for any Draft, you will pay us the amount of such Draft plus interest and other costs and expenses (including attorneys’ fees) expended in such suit.
