Indemnification for API Usage. Customer shall defend, indemnify, and hold Aceyus harmless arising from all loss, damages, claims, actions, proceedings and expenses arising out of or related to Customer’s and/or any Authorized Users’ use of Customer Code. Aceyus has no liability or responsibility for mistakes or actions caused by Customer Code, and/or any errors, misuse or unintended use associated with Customer’s or any Authorized User’s use of the APIs or Customer Code.
