Common use of Indemnification by MSD Clause in Contracts

Indemnification by MSD. MSD agrees to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Intensity, its Affiliates, and its and their employees, directors, Subcontractors and agents from and against any Liability to the extent such Liability was directly caused by [***].
