Indefinite Term. This Agreement shall become effective on the Effective Date and shall, unless otherwise terminated in accordance with the provisions hereof, continue in effect indefinitely unless: 7.1.1 terminated by either Party in accordance with the provisions of Articles 13, 14 and/or 15 hereof; 7.1.2 terminated by either Party by reason of a Default of this Agreement by the other Party which has not been cured or remedied in accordance with Article 18 hereof; or 7.1.3 any of the Ancillary Agreements or the Joint Venture Agreement shall be terminated by a Party in accordance with its terms. In such event this Agreement shall likewise terminate on the same date, without any further act or notice given by a Party hereto.
