Indebtedness; Guarantees. Incur, assume Assume or guarantee any indebtedness for borrowed moneymoney in excess of $250,000, other than (i) pursuant to any indebtedness instrument outstanding as of the date of the Merger this Agreement and made available to Parent, (ii) pursuant to equipment financing in the ordinary course of business and consistent with past practice or (iii) pursuant to any indebtedness related to the Financing;
