Promptly after the occurrence thereof or the request therefor, copies of any amendment, waiver or other modification of the terms of any of the Indebtedness of the Company and its Subsidiaries described on Schedule 5.21 attached hereto and outstanding in an aggregate amount of at least $100,000, or any notice of default delivered thereunder.
