Common use of Incremental Term Loan Notes Clause in Contracts

Incremental Term Loan Notes. If requested by such Lender, on or prior to any Incremental Term Loan Borrowing Date the Borrower shall have delivered to the Administrative Agent for the account of such Lender an Incremental Term Loan Note.
