Common use of Incremental Commitments Amendment Clause in Contracts

Incremental Commitments Amendment. Commitments in respect of any Incremental Term Commitments shall become Term Commitments under this Agreement pursuant to an amendment (an “Incremental Commitments Amendment”) to this Agreement and, as appropriate, the other Loan Documents, executed by the Borrower, each Lender agreeing to provide such Term Commitment, if any, each Incremental Lender, if any, and the Administrative Agent. An Incremental Commitments Amendment may, without the consent of any other Lenders, effect such amendments to any Loan Documents as may be necessary or appropriate, in the opinion of the Administrative Agent, to effect the provisions of this Section.
