Incremental Commitment Increase. Except as otherwise specifically set forth herein, all of the other terms and conditions applicable to such Incremental Commitment Increase shall be identical to the terms and conditions applicable to the Revolving Facility and such Incremental Commitment Increase shall be a part of, and not an addition to, the Revolving Facility.
