Common use of Increment Increases Clause in Contracts

Increment Increases. Employees who are hired after November 6, 2001, shall be paid at eighty (80%) percent of their classified hourly rate of pay during their first seven hundred and fifty (750) hours of work performed and/or pay received, and shall receive eighty-five (85%) percent of their classified hourly rate of pay during their next seven hundred and fifty (750) hours of such work and/or pay, and shall receive ninety (90%) percent of their classified hourly rate of pay during their next seven hundred and fifty (750) hours of such work and/or pay, and shall receive ninety-five (95%) percent of their classified hourly rate of pay during their next seven hundred and fifty (750) hours of such work and/or pay, and shall receive one hundred (100%) percent of their classified hourly rate of pay immediately upon completion of three thousand (3000) hours of such work performed and/or pay received. All employees hired on or before November 6, 2001, shall be paid at one hundred (100%) percent of their classified hourly rate of pay. This shall not apply to casual employees.
